Located right in front of the Portland commercial fishing wharf, Portland Seafoods has direct access to the best and freshest catch from the local fishing fleet. With an ever-changing variety according to seasons and weather, your choices will include live and cooked lobster, fish, prawns, oysters, scallops, abalone and more. Owned and operated by a local fishing family, Portland Seafoods lives and breathes local sustainable seafood. Our mission is to consistently bring you the highest quality, freshest seafood available. And when it’s straight off the boats next to our shop, the food miles don’t get any lower!

Our boats

We own and operate two vessels which regularly harvest lobsters, gummy shark, fish and squid. We also buy seafood from our friends on other local boats too, so that you can always be assured that you will consistently get the best that the local fleet has to offer.
